Refund Policy

1. MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS

All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice via email to [email protected] at least seven (7) days prior to your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations received after this window will take effect the following month.

Membership fees are non-refundable once processed. If you cancel, your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. No partial-month refunds are provided.

2. MEMBERSHIP FREEZES

You may freeze your membership for up to 60 days per calendar year at no charge. To initiate a freeze, email us with your requested freeze dates at least seven (7) days in advance. During the freeze period, no charges will be incurred, and your membership will automatically resume after the freeze ends. Freezes cannot be applied retroactively.

3. PERSONAL COACHING & PUNCH CARDS

• Personal Coaching Packages: Unused personal coaching sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the session.
• 10-Class Punch Cards: All punch card sales are final and non-refundable. Punch cards expire six months from the date of purchase.

4. DROP-IN & SINGLE SESSION FEES

Drop-in fees and single session payments are non-refundable. If you cannot attend a pre-booked drop-in class, you may transfer the credit to a future class within 30 days, provided you notify us at least 2 hours before the class start time.

5. FREE INTRO SESSIONS

Free intro sessions are complimentary and may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated no-shows may result in the session being forfeited at our discretion.

6. EXCEPTIONS & DISPUTES

We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If you believe you have a unique situation that warrants a refund or exception, please contact us directly. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis, but all decisions are at the sole discretion of Iron Forge Athletics management.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
