Is the intro session really free?

What should I bring?

Wear comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, and bring a water bottle. We provide towels, lockers, and showers.

I'm out of shape. Will I be out of place?

Not at all. Our community includes people of all fitness levels. Every workout is scaled to your current ability, and our coaches specialize in making beginners feel welcome.

How long does the session last?

Plan for about 45–60 minutes. This includes a tour, a short assessment, the workout, and time to discuss your goals.
