With over 12 years of coaching experience and a background in collegiate strength & conditioning, Marcus leads our programming and mentorship. He believes in meeting every athlete where they are and building a foundation of solid movement mechanics before intensity.
Elena Ruiz
Senior Coach • CF-L2 | HYROX Certified
Elena is a former Division I track athlete who found her calling in hybrid fitness. She leads our HYROX program and specializes in endurance and running mechanics. Her energy is infectious, and her attention to detail is unmatched.
David Tran
Strength Specialist • USAW L2 | CSCS
David is a competitive powerlifter and Olympic weightlifting enthusiast. He runs our Strength & Conditioning track, focusing on barbell progression, mobility, and injury prevention. His analytical approach helps athletes break through plateaus.
